Dilemma

I am in dilemma. I dont know what i should do. Should i accept it or let go?
This morning, my boss parcel me and asked me whether interested to do Marketing or not.I felt shocked and asked is it Andy Kong resigned. She say YES!OMG!
My boss said i struggle to completed my degree and of course need to progress up and not down. Marketing job got a very big opportunity and able to learn a lot of things.But in this company, only one Marketing staff will do everything. ONE MAN SHOW!
The job is full of stress and will be very very overloaded. For sure! The turnover for this position is very high.
If i accept, i will be work till siao siao. And also full of stress! And maybe only, cannot pregnant at the moment because is one man show and need to take this and that!
Since, we plan to have baby at anytime, should i accept this stressful, heavyness, overloadness job?Salary adjustment maybe just 15% and need to work like HxxL.
Family or career, which one is more important?
When i talked to hubby, he didnt care about it and teasing me some more. I really felt sad.
This is related to our future, why can he gives me any opinion or advise.
Until now, i really dont know which path to go. People said follow your heart. But my heart no direction. How ?
Family?Career?Without career, means no money, no money how to survive and how to have happy family.
I really headache and make me moody!
